Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy varies based on the item(s) you wish to return.

1. All bathing suits or swimsuits are final sale! (Due to hygienic reasons)

2. Our bodysuits, dresses, two pieces, tops and corsets can be returned for a store credit or store gift card as long as the item(s) have not been worn and all tags, labels and or any sort of embroidery or embellishments are still intact. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Please note if you send the incorrect measurements for your corset and the corset does not fit you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange.

If the error was made by Body by Lachelle we will cover all charges.

All returns must be done within 14 days after the delivered date of parcel.

Exchanges

1. If the item you purchased is not the correct size, you are welcome to exchange for another size. (This must be done within 14 days of delivered date)

Please note we will not accept exchanges if the item is used and or not in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

2. All bathing suits or swimsuits are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

3. We also replace items if they are defective or damaged. (Damage must be done on our end) If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bodybylachelle.ca 



Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be sent.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
